Paradigm has always prioritized giving back to the community; from donating food and clothing to participating in “Grow a Row,” a volunteer based program that provides free produce for food pantries. In 2023, we made a new pledge; volunteering with Meals on Wheels delivering nutritious food and a friendly smile, to seniors within our community. In 2024 Paradigm partnered with JERSEY STEM, an organization designed to create and enhance STEM-oriented educational opportunities in underserved communities. In 2025 Paradigm partnered with the Rutgers University Plant Science program. In 2026, we plan to work with The Outreach Connection,  whose mission is to harness the power of community to uplift those in need. Through kindness, volunteerism, and the compassionate distribution of food, they provide dignified support to individuals and families facing hardship ensuring every neighbor feels seen, valued, and cared for.
